Cultural Resources enlists community members in the discovery process
by showing them, in a series of intensive, on-site workshops, how

has developed the Creative
Communities Institute©, a training institute that helps people
revitalize local culture and rediscover a sense of pride in place. By teaching
the basic principles of cultural inventorying, community organizing and coalition
building, we believe this training is an important first step in creating a
vision that will guide local cultural and economic development. Through this
training, participants gain an understanding of their community’s culture
and learn strategies for its sustainability. |
